Take part in an action learning set

This is an opportunity to join a supportive group whose sole purpose is to help each other to think through issues and options confidentially, using the power of questioning. Each member gets to take turns to share something they find challenging with the group, who will ask various questions to help them decide what they want to do. We then evaluate the process to learn how to make it better for everyone next time around. It's not about telling each other what to do. It's about helping each other reflect and find the solutions ourselves.
